WHAT IS COLD-AIR DIFFUSION?

Cold-air diffusers disperse fragrances through nebulization, breaking down scent oils into an ultrafine dry mist. The nanoparticles in this mist are so tiny that they remain suspended in the air for hours. This cutting-edge technology uses no water, alcohol or heat, diffusing scents in their purest form. All of this results in a consistent and clean scent experience.

Cold-air diffusers can cover spaces twice as large as typical candles, reed diffusers, plug-ins and ultrasonics. SET IT UP

Remove the ceramic diffuser cover from the diffuser base.

Wiggle the diffuser nozzle back and forth while pulling up to reveal the glass oil vessel.

Unscrew the glass oil vessel from the diffuser nozzle and using AromaTech oil, fill the glass oil vessel to the shoulder of the vessel with oil. Note: AromaTech scent oils are optimized for our nebulizing technology. Using other brands’ oils may clog your diffuser and will void your warranty.

Screw the glass oil vessel back into the diffuser nozzle ensuring it’s secure. Push the diffuser nozzle back into the diffuser base. Make sure the tip of the diffuser nozzle and the hole in the ceramic diffuser cover match up.

Plugging in your diffuser and it will immediately begin diffusing oil.

For Apple iOS and Android devices - Please download the AromaTech App and connect to your diffuser to set up schedules, adjust the intensity or change the ambient light.

Will the Ambience connect to my Apple iOS and Android devices?

You can connect your device to the AromaTech app found in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The AromaTech App allows you to control intensities set schedules and adjust the ambient light via Bluetooth connection. You can control multiple Ambience and AromaDream diffusers in the AromaTech app.If you prefer manual operation you can continue to scent your space with your Ambience or AromaDream diffuser by using the power button to turn the diffuser on and off as well as to control the ambient light settings.

How long will the oil last in my Ambience diffuser?

You can fill your Ambience diffuser up with 60 ml of oil. Depending on how many hours you run your diffuser and the intensity setting it’s on you can expect to refill your diffuser every two weeks to three months.

Are AromaTech oils safe to use with children and pets?

Our diffusers and scent oils are child and pet-friendly made with the highest standards of care and are IFRA certified and CARB compliant. Please note that many animals are more sensitive to smells than humans; if you do have pets in the home we recommend using a low setting on your diffuser.

How does the Ambience differ from regular diffusers?

Aerosol sprays diffuse very large particles that drop to the ground the moment they are sprayed resulting in a very short scent effect that can’t be controlled. Similarly ultrasonic diffusers use water and vibration to diffuse tiny amounts of scent oil. The Ambience uses an innovative nebulizing technology that allows for more powerful consistent and continuous scenting. Without using heat or water it turns scent oils into an ultrafine dry mist dispersing fragrances in their purest form. It is quieter than traditional diffusers and leaves no residue behind.

The Ideal Diffuser

I adore our Ambience diffuser. It is beautifullly designed and is the perfect accent piece for our large living room. It scents the space perfectly. I love that I can control the level of fragrance and the ambient lighting feature really helps create a serene mood. The scent carries well in our large open living room, kitchen and dining room with vaulted ceilings. It really is the perfect addition to creating the right vibe at home. I love that I don't have to add water. I can set it and forget it. Super fan.

I love this diffuser. It’s so beautiful to look at and it delivers on scenting a large space. The app allows for several different preset schedules to curate a scent experience that works best for your lifestyle. Love that you can choose between cool, warm, and all light colours and run the lights only (without scent) for ambience. Previously have only seen these ceramic type diffusers in the essential oil space, which have nowhere near the same scent impact. So happy I can have the same elevated earthy look with my aromatech oils. This diffuser + santal night = heavenly. I know what I’ll be gifting some special people in my life this holiday season!
