All orders are shipped out of our centrally located distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona. USA. We offer FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING above $195 all over Canada.
Please note that due to an increase of demand during Black Friday and the Christmas season, shipping times may be delayed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
We continuously strive to provide the best commercial and home scenting solutions, home fragrances, and essential oils available in the world.
We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. It's simple, we offer Free Returns within 30 days on diffusers and oil. Note that our 10 ml oils are a great way to sample scents and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
We will not accept the return of user damaged products, 10 ml oils, or returns requested after 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with your scent diffuser, please visit the AromaTech Returns Center to initiate your return. Please do not send back machines or oil to us without first consulting the returns center and filling out your information. This will ensure a speedy resolution.
Final Sale items and 10 ml oils are not eligible for returns.
All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after your return has been authorized through our Returns Center and received at our warehouse.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer on any International and Canadian orders. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Please note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Payment is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Customs charges can be paid by credit card or COD (cash on delivery). In case that the customs charges are not paid the order will be returned back to AromaTech™.
