I am a candle burner but as I get older I sometimes ALMOST forget to extinguish a candle. This diffuser is wonderful! I don't have to worry. I can use it as needed. I have it in my center room on the lower level and the aroma goes throughout the entire downstairs! Cannot wait to try new scents. First one I have is Hotel

Pros:
1. Expensive Atmosphere: Makes the entire home smell incredibly high-end and luxurious.
2. Great Local Coverage: Easily and consistently fills the entire room it is placed in.
3. Compliment Magnet: Guests notice the amazing fragrance immediately upon entering.

Cons:
1. High Ongoing Cost: The proprietary AromaTech oils are very expensive.
2. Risk of Damage: Using cheaper, third-party oils can permanently damage the sensitive diffuser mechanisms

Bottom Line:
The AromaTech Ambience delivers an unmatched, hotel-lobby luxury vibe that guarantees compliments. However, you must be prepared for the high price tag of both the machine and the official refill oils required to keep it running safely.

I love this diffuser. My house smells fresh and clean and does not give anyone a headache. Fantastic product. We have used the scent hotel so far.

I absolutely love having this create such a nice, soft, subtle, pleasant scent in my home. I walk in the door and it smells like fresh flowers or like a high end spa. It works beautifully with the app, and is easy to operate. It creates an essence or atmosphere that I can't quite describe- it absolutely blows away scented candles. It is 'next level', essential oils 2.0, genie in a bottle vibe. Although somewhat pricey, you definitely get what you pay for!!!

I am absolutely in love with this diffuser. It has completely transformed the atmosphere of my house, making it feel so much fresher and more somehow more polished without any effort on my part.
The app is incredibly user-friendly and makes it so easy to schedule scents or adjust the intensity from anywhere.

I had a small inconvenience with the lights not working, but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and the exchange was seemless.

I understand luxury comes at a price, but I wish the scents were a little more budget friendly- so I can buy them all.

If you’re looking for a high-end, seamless way to keep your home smelling amazing, this is definitely it!

I have used so many other brands and styles, Aromatech is the best design by far. The oils are non toxic. The bottle screws into the lid you drop it in. The oil lasts a long time. The fragrance White Tea and Bamboo is Heavenly. I want the Aroma Pro whole house system for our HVAC !

The diffuser looks sharp and diffuses scents well, but maybe too well! I would love to see settings that allow for shorter or less frequent scent diffusions. Even the level 1 intensity setting can be overwhelming. With the Palo Santo and Amber scent, level 1 is entirely too much. With the Amalfi Revelry, level 1 is okay but still a little much. Though I have an open space that’s over 1,000sqft, I think the Ambiance Mini would have been sufficient.

Love my new AromaTech. Have one on the first floor and getting one for the second floor. My home smells like an expensive hotel lobby and we love it!

Great diffuser and scents!!

I am very happy with my new arormatech purchase. I am using cabin scent and I like it. I wish it covered more area and that the light feature was programmable . I would definitely purchase again .

Love that my house smells like a luxury hotel! It makes me feel like I am on constant vacation.

I purchased my first Ambiance unit a couple years ago. Recently, the ring inside tore, so I figured it was time to replace it. Since it seemed to work well in my open floor plan and was subtle enough in looks I reordered the same thing. BUT, it is new and improved and it is so much better! The app works better with this one and the scent is better released. It's finished on the bottom so it looks better too even if it is just a little bit different in looks the way it functions is better than the orginal

Aesthetically pleasing, great projection but app connectivity isn’t seamless and plain convoluted. Instructions to sync via Bluetooth seems rushed and lacking.

Beautiful products and the absolute best customer service ever. Had an issue with my diffuser and they were super quick to deal with and fixed my problem. Couldn't be happier. Plus anything in their white tea collection smells like a dream. 10/10 recommend!

Love this unit!

I recently purchased the ambience diffuser and the Santal aroma. The diffuser and scent are amazing. My condominium certainly smells like a five star hotel. Everyone who walks in comments on the aroma it even spreads a little outside my apartment door and even my neighbors have asked about it. I will be ordering two more for another property. Highly recommend my old diffusers have been given away. All I need is this one

Literally everyone notices the smell as soon as they walk in! I bought one for my salon and one for my home and I’ve had several people ask and take photos of “what smells so good” it’s gotten a lot of attention! The oils can get pricy but they are amazing, I won’t use anything else in it!

I love how this diffuser looks good and smells amazing!

We stayed at a hotel that used AromaTech and the Santa fragrance and my husband commented on it every day of our visit. I finally asked the staff and was delighted to find out I could order it for our house. He was so surprised when he received it as a gift and plugged it in right away. I love walking into our house now. It smells amazing and the diffuser blends with our decor almost like a piece of art. Super satisfied!!!

I recently got this diffuser as a gift and it’s exceeded all of my expectations! I will now be purchasing one for every room! I absolutely love the cotton and bergamot scent too. It’s lightweight and adds the perfect cozy touch to our home!! Highly recommend!

WoW belle ambiance

I absolutely love this diffuser! I’ve programmed it to scent up the house right before I get up, and it’s so much easier to roll out of bed to a beautiful smelling home.

I purchased the Ambience diffuser for a friend and added some of my favourite scents (Bergamot & Cashmeran Woods, Between The Sheets, Santal Vanilla, and Fresh Cotton & Bergamot). My friend immediately called me to tell me how much fun they were having trying out all the scents. I think this is the perfect gift and it's so easy to personalize when you throw in a couple scents! Also the 60 ml oils are so great because they **** right in which makes it so easy to change it up.

Scent smells great, it looks great…I purchased the and ambiance and now considering buying the mini!

My pump broke on my Mini and dealing with customer service was wonderful. They supported a replacement very fairly, quickly and with kindness and I even got a great lesson in scents and how to use them best in my home. Hats off to Taylor in Customer Service she is a great asset to a company that sells a great product. Love how my home smells fresh everyday.
